About the Role:
As an Experienced German Car Line Flat Rate Technician, you'll be responsible for performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Volkswagen and other German vehicles with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will help ensure that our clients' vehicles meet the highest standards of performance and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
·  Diagnose and repair Volkswagen and other German car line vehicles
·  Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections with attention to detail
·  Complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner within flat-rate time standards
·  Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
·  Communicate effectively with service advisors and management
Requirements:
·  3+ years of experience as a flat rate technician specializing in German vehicles (Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, etc.)
·  Certification in automotive repair (ASE certifications or equivalent preferred)
·  Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
·  Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
·  Commitment to delivering high-quality work and outstanding customer service
·  Valid driver's license
